Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Round Rock, TX to support store operations and the flow of merchandise.

Primary duties include receiving daily shipments, packing and shipping items, backroom upkeep, and maintaining a clean work environment to ensure an enjoyable guest experience. Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule, including peak seasons, and are expected to learn POS software and related processes.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unpacking of daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning of facilities.
• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct.
• Send any alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Maintain all shipment-related paperwork.
• Keep supplies in stock and organized (e.g. boxes, transfer bags, printer paper, hangers, sensors, etc.).
• Engage in activities that support a neat, clean, and organized work area.
