Responsibilities

• Compile production and service records and measure conformance to standards.
• Inspect and measure performance of personnel resulting in necessary changes.
• Review logs and reports and confer with shift personnel on scheduling.
• Set up appointment freight deliveries.
• Perform billing, rating, manifesting and analysis of freight.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers.
• Assist with training and evaluation of personnel performance.
• Recruit, qualify, interview, hire, train Service Center personnel.
• Ensure Service Center premises are protected and maintained.
• Assist in the investigation and reporting of job-related incidents.
• Understand and apply company safety practices.
• Facilitate information meetings with Service Center team members.

Has managed Drivers and Dockworkers
