Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and implement methods for efficient freight movement.
• Inspect performance of personnel and adjust work practices.
• Review logs and confer with shift personnel on schedule requirements.
• Train and evaluate production and/or clerical personnel.
• Assist in recruitment and employee development.
• Ensure Service Center premises are maintained.
