Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced desktop skills including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and plan shipments into loads.
• Tender freight to third-party carriers and negotiate rates.
• Update Transportation Management System with shipment data.
• Provide instruction to customers and associates by phone and email.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and report issues.
• Identify cost savings opportunities for customers.
