Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing. You will work in a fast-paced, physical environment and follow site leadership guidance to ensure accuracy and safety.

Training is provided to help you grow within our company. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities to travel to different sites, and a commitment to promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willing to be trained for the role.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, select, and palletize goods as directed.
• Audit, repack, sort, and maintain clean work areas in the warehouse.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
