Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate in California. The role involves performing a variety of warehouse duties with emphasis on loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing goods. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety and quality while supporting site leadership.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, but training is provided to the right person ready to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.
• High-energy individual with strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select and palletize items as directed.
• Audit, repack, sort, and clean up work areas according to site rules.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist leadership with other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
