Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates for its Santa Fe Springs location. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and efficiency; benefits begin after 60 days and there are opportunities to grow within the company.

The role requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic, with weekly pay and a first-shift start at 5:30am. Compensation ranges from $800 to $1,000 per week.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as assigned.
• Select, palletize, and sort items for shipping and receiving.
• Audit and repack as needed and maintain clean work areas.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
  
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
