Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing, to support our supply chain operations.

The position emphasizes physical work, a strong work ethic, and safety. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Benefits begin after 60 days, with opportunities for growth and travel across sites.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; physical pace is fast.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
  
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
