Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment. You will load, unload, select, haul freight, audit, repack, sort, palletize and handle related warehouse tasks on the 3rd shift.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 25–75 lbs, and a willingness to train. Capstone promotes from within and offers paid training, safety incentives, and travel opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials
• Select items for orders
• Haul freight and audit inventory
• Repack, sort, palletize and clean up
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
