Job summary

Capstone Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of hands-on warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, selecting orders, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing in a fast-paced environment.

This role welcomes a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth, weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select orders and palletize items.
• Haul freight and audit inventory.
• Repack and sort materials.
• Maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
