Qualifications

• May operate bakery/store equipment such as box cutters and slicers.
• Regular walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to apply common sense to written or spoken instructions and guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store with honest, open communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve sales.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and the Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other team members to follow.
• Bag guests' purchases promptly and efficiently and assist to their vehicles when needed.
• Fill bag slots and supply for front-end operations and assist with supplies.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep the parking lot clear of carts and return them; follow safety policies for cart retrieval.
