Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote morale within department and store, using honest and open communication.
• Maintain good relations with other department managers to improve sales storewide.
• Comply with company policies, programs and directives as in Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for team members to follow.
• Bag guests’ purchases promptly and safely to their automobiles.
• Fill bag slots and supply necessary items for front-end operations.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep parking lot clear of carts and return them; ensure cart safety.
