DICK'S Sporting Goods in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Freight Flow Lead to drive store operations and elevate teammate experiences. You will partner with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

As the in-store expert, you’ll organize daily plans, delegate tasks, and support staffing, training, and safety protocols while delivering a hassle-free shopping experience for customers.

Competenze

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand or walk extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs intermittently with assistance or equipment.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with appropriate equipment.
