World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales, and cultivate a customer-first selling culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performance team while upholding brand standards, policies, and safety protocols.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced specialty retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations and lead a team.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and sense of urgency in daily tasks.
• Commitment to store standards, safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight flow processes and visual execution standards.
• Plan freight processing with the Store Manager.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory initiatives.
• Analyze business trends and take action to improve performance.
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing training and accountability.
• Execute daily tasks in partnership with the Store Manager.
