Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in executing business processes and practices. Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines, safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback. Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow following company policy, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, working inventory, correcting shelf capacities, and completing documentation. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and promoting company products and services. Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation per policies, properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging and delivering merchandise, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Processes defective merchandise, monitoring shrink, security risks, and safety. Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled and staged within acceptable timeframes and performs occasional audits. Handles inventory, moves, and displays goods safely; tracks goods, maintains inventory levels and controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices, uses inventory tools and equipment safely; operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions. Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, assists with technology services and items; identifies shrink opportunities, fixes problems; properly maintains equipment, keeps products stocked, and fixes issues. Embraces differences, builds strong, trusting relationships, communicates positively, mentors, upholds integrity and ethics, and serves customers and members by delivering results and balancing priorities. Strives for excellence by learning, taking risks, using new technologies, and supporting others through change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Customer service experience, retail experience, supervising a team.
