What You'll Do

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining improvement opportunities, and adapting to change.

Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility, managing inventory flow, following company policy for equipment use, merchandising, handling exceptions, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required paperwork and logs.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up, cleaning and organizing product displays, maintaining modular integrity, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise while monitoring shrink, security, and safety risks.

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders throughout the day, staging confirmed products, and performing audits for accuracy.

Handles inventory by moving and displaying goods in safe and correct ways, tracking goods, maintaining in‑stock levels, controlling shrinkage, reporting poor inventory practices, and using inventory tools safely.

Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reporting unsafe conditions, and informs management when forklifts are out of working order.

Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, and assists with technology services and items, models and helps others, identifies shrink opportunities, technically maintains equipment, and promptly fixes problems.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification and the ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.
