Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or dock worker experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Physical strength for manual labor including lifting.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Sort incoming/outgoing freight by destination and method.
• Record shipment data including quantity, weight, and destination.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for timely moves.
• Inspect freight for damage and report issues.
• Assist inventory counts and cycle audits.
• Support terminal operations and other duties as needed.
