Qualifications

• Must complete onboarding process including drug screening, DOT physical, MVR, and background review.
• Must complete new hire training including assessment‑based training modules, additional driving modules, and forklift driving tests.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in a cross‑dock environment with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Utilize proper loading techniques and equipment.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to trip scheduling requirements.
