Responsabilidades

• Coordinate freight and support assigned trucks through daily dispatch and high-volume phone communication.
• Work with owner-operators to influence load decisions and keep freight moving.
• Use Mercer's Load Board to connect freight with contractor needs.
• Track and update Hours of Service (HOS), call activity, and shipment documentation.
• Resolve delays, breakdowns, and load changes through real-time problem-solving and decision-making.
• Balance driver relationships, customer needs, and profitability while maintaining compliance.
