You will coordinate operations, communicate with drivers and customers, negotiate rates, and manage shipping documents while contributing to process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business and project needs.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth execution of transportation plans.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to achieve optimal cost and efficiency.
• Generate and manage shipping documentation and coordinate all aspects of the shipping process.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
