ACERTUS is seeking a Claims Specialist to review, investigate, and process claims in line with company policies. You will evaluate evidence, determine liability, and coordinate with customers, carriers, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims promptly and fairly.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of claims resolution experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with freight claims and inquiries.
• Coordinate with carriers, insurers, customers, and internal teams to resolve claims.
• Manage claims portals, submissions, updates, and monthly reporting.
• Communicate with stakeholders to support timely and fair claim resolution.
• Adapt to process and system changes while maintaining productivity.
