Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking a natural Sales Leader with transportation industry experience to coach and motivate a sales team. You will develop and train staff, manage daily operations including quotes and load execution, and drive performance through CRM analytics and regular performance reviews.

You will lead remote teams, set targets, and ensure the team meets revenue and margin goals while fostering an energetic, ethical, and collaborative sales culture.

Qualifications

• Full-time Monday–Friday work schedule.
• College degree preferred.
• Mcleod TMS experience preferred.
• Team lead or management experience.
• Relevant, advanced sales success in Transportation Logistics.
• Energetic leadership to overcome challenges.
• Proven ability to motivate a sales team to surpass goals.
• Experience with technology including Office products and specialized software platforms.
• Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training for all new sales staff.
• Lead weekly and monthly sales meetings.
• Set sales targets and monitor pacing daily, weekly and monthly.
• Conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Manage the CRM, ensure accurate data entry and generate reports.
• Ensure goals and metrics such as phone activity, new customers, revenue and margins are met.
• Assist with customer quotes and execution of day-to-day operations including building, booking and dispatching loads.
• Assist with hiring processes.
• Communicate, train, and manage remote employees.
• Monitor team performance and profitability, and drive growth across multiple verticals.

We are looking for a natural Sales Leader with experience in the transportation industry, who can influence and motivate others to perform at a high level. This candidate will act as a coach and advocate to develop and train a sales team while creating an encouraging and positive environment. They will go above and beyond expectations to grow and mentor their team and will need to be energetic, creative and knowledgeable to overcome challenges daily.

Day to Day Functions:

  • The efficient and effective conversion from trainee to Client Solutions Manager.

• You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday
• A College Degree is preferred.
• Mcleod TMS experience is preferred but not a must
• Team lead or management experience.
