We are looking for Freight Brokers with an active Book of Business to join us at Greatwide DCAGAT Agency.

Job Summary

As a Sales Freight Broker, you will be responsible for contacting and managing your clients. You will play a crucial role in managing transportation logistics efficiently.

Duties

• Proactively contact existing and new clients to identify freight opportunities and secure business
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service
• Get freight quotes from clients

Qualifications

• Having an active Book of Business consisted of US clients (shippers)
• Previous experience as a Freight Broker/Logistics Account Manager
• Proficiency in supply chain management principles
• Strong sales skills to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships

What we offer

• Back-end task coverage by our Load covering and Support departments
• Fully remote job, allowing you to work from home
• Signing bonus of $2500 - $10000
• Weekly bonuses

This is a fully commission-based role, with the following structure:

• 20% commission on monthly profit margins up to $20,000
• 25% commission on monthly profit margins up to $30,000
• Commissions will be negotiable once you exceed $30,000 (monthly)
