Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage experience.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate transportation rates and pricing agreements with carriers to secure cost-effective capacity solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to support service excellence and business growth.
• Source carrier capacity to meet customer transportation requirements and support lane coverage.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to ensure on-time freight movement and alignment with customer expectations.
• Communicate shipment status updates, delays, and service exceptions to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain transportation management systems (TMS) and shipment records to support visibility and data accuracy.
• Resolve service issues, escalations, and shipment discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction.
