You will work closely with other departments and transportation partners to build lasting relationships, identify areas for supply chain improvement, and implement cost-saving changes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing reports to management, and tracking shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with carriers and shippers
• Resolve transportation issues efficiently
• Maintain shipment records using our TMS
• Report logistics progress to management
• Track shipments and update customers
• Broker freight

Qualifications:

• Experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years in customer service and sales
• Critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication skills
• Organizational and account management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software (TMS, EDI, Load Boards)
• Knowledge of over-the-road trucking modes and freight types
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
