Job summary

Beemac Logistics is hiring driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to build their own book of business in the transportation and logistics space. You will prospect, close, and manage client relationships as the primary contact, earning six figures within 18 months through uncapped commission.

You’ll collaborate with operations, use McLeod software, and employ AI pricing tools to optimize loads, with a path to work-from-home after proving performance.

Qualifications

• Full time availability in office Monday–Friday.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with phone confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in transportation and logistics.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Leverage AI-based pricing and booking tools daily for pricing and loads.
