TTE Texas TransEastern in Pasadena, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Billing Analyst to join our team. You will input invoicing data, bill 150–200 freight invoices daily, and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.

The role requires strong data entry, proficient Excel and Outlook, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines. You will maintain confidentiality and collaborate to improve processes while providing timely updates to the Billing

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills, 30 wpm minimum.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Accurately input customer freight invoicing data into databases.
• Maintain 150–200 freight invoices billed per day.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues promptly; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate to improve data entry processes and service protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Escalate and resolve minor processing problems with supervisor guidance.
• Notify team lead of upcoming days/time off and keep daily updates.
• Provide shift summaries of tasks and orders billed to Billing Supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
