Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced, multi-environment warehouse setting. You will oversee a team of Warehouse Associates, ensuring safe, accurate fulfillment of customer orders across freezer, perishable and grocery zones.

The role emphasizes coaching, PDP development, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards, with a focus on achieving KPIs related to safety, retention, productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related warehouse experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired; exposure to WMS is a plus.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas.
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfillment of customer orders.
• Instruct and oversee proper execution of safety, quality and sanitation practices.
• Develop PDPs with Shift Manager; coach and mentor Associates to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits; document findings and take corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents per company guidelines.
• No travel required.
