Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or food processing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow procedures and production instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Place finished freezer meals on designated shelving per procedures.
• Organize and maintain freezer inventory for easy access.
• Stock, count, and track inventory using The Hive system.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO to maintain freshness.
• Verify quantities, locations, labels, and packaging before storage.
• Conduct routine counts and assist with reconciliation as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized freezer and storage areas following safety guidelines.
• Follow PPE requirements and workplace safety rules.
• Report discrepancies or hazards to leadership.
