Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in inventory, receiving, warehouse, food production, procurement support, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Placement And Inventory Operations: Maintain and update raw material inventory; resolve issues with orders and deliveries; update procurement-related data and records.
• Quality Control: Put away food orders and rotate ingredients (FIFO); report deviations to production supervisor.
• Sanitization And Cleanliness: Ensure compliance with food safety standards; adhere to sanitation guidelines and PPE usage.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with production to forecast needs; communicate openly for efficiency.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and report concerns promptly.
