Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary

Sam’s Club offers a fresh food experience where associates keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions. Joining our freezer, cooler, and deli team means playing a key role in operations, temperature control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and display products in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas while ensuring compliance with temperature and expiration guidelines.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and member‑ready stock areas, including inspecting equipment, monitoring fan and drain operation, and reporting issues.
• Assist members with product selection, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote Campbell’s (or Sam’s Club) products and services.
• Complete necessary audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Follow safety standards and company policies, including forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling.

3>Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking, customer service, or a passion for fresh food is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and handle obstacles proactively.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a food‑service or retail environment.
• Knowledge of cold chain and the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
