Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines—including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment operation and sanitation, cold‑chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring equipment, and reporting issues to management.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
