Overview

Sam’s Club seeks a dedicated Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate who will help keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitation in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. When working in the deli department, you will be on the front lines of customer service, contributing to a positive shopping experience for members. You will be part of a team that supports operations and maintains product readiness for our members.

What you’ll do

• Maintain safety by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials; report unsafe situations to management.
• Keep the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in line with company policies—handle claims and returns, stock merchandise, set up displays, remove damaged goods, price merchandise, and complete required documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, and reporting issues to management.
