Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker is part of our fresh food team. You will help keep freezers and coolers stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and support customer service on the deli line. You will contribute to safe, clean, and well-organized spaces that meet member needs.

What you’ll do

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; adhering to Company safety standards; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation. Maintains secure, high-shrink merchandise.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company’s products and services.

Follows Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring equipment operation; and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season or work performed).
