Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join Sam's Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate and help keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

Sam’s Club members love fresh food due to our hardworking associates. As part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you will maintain product quality, manage inventory, and provide friendly customer service in the deli department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high‑quality products are available for members
• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality items
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in appropriate containers and displays
• Keep the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready
• Follow safety standards, forklift spotting, and hazardous material procedures
• Handle claims, returns, and pricing; conduct audits and maintain documentation
• Provide member service by assisting with product location, purchasing decisions, and resolving concerns
• Comply with food handling and cold chain policies; sanitize equipment and monitor equipment operation
