Wayne-Sanderson Farms in North Carolina is seeking a manual pallet stacker to prep boxes for shipment. You will stack boxes from the production line on pallets, follow a defined pattern, and ensure proper label orientation and lot visibility.

Primarily responsible manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping. Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern. Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside. Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but nut required
Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours. Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
Ability to lift 50 lbs. May be exposed to cold (45ºF, 4ºC). Work around raw, live animal odors
