Job summary

Walser Automotive Group in Minnesota is hiring a Parts Clerk to check in orders, pull stock, deliver parts to technicians, and coordinate wholesale deliveries. You will keep the stock area organized, ensure accuracy, and support daily operations.

You will work with Walser's core values and provide strong customer service while collaborating with team members across departments. This is an on-site role offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior retail/wholesale parts and/or ADP experience is helpful.
• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, leverage, carry, and manipulate packages up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work well as a member of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check in orders, pull orders and put stock orders away.
• Deliver parts to the Technicians.
• Pick and set up parts deliveries for wholesale customers.
• Deliver parts using a Walser supplied cargo van to outside customers.
• Scrap warranty and/or obsolete parts.
• Check over company vehicles to make sure they are current on all maintenance needs.
• Keep company vehicles clean.
• Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external.
• Actively do cycle counts on the inventory during down time.
• Keep shipping/receiving area clean; including sweeping & taking out the garbage.
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Compensation: $16.90/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Check in orders, pull orders and put stock orders away
