Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a passionate Head Coach for the Powder Mountain Freeride Team. This seasonal role involves developing, managing, and on-snow coaching capabilities. You will lead the Freeride Team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety during various weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skiing skills, previous experience in the ski industry, and a commitment to working with kids. Certifications from IFSA and PSIA-AASI are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to uphold guest safety in variable weather conditions.
• Previous experience as a ski or snowboard instructor preferred.
• Experience in program development and management.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and managing coaches for the Freeride Team.
• Scheduling and coordinating competition logistics.
• Building seasonal training programs for athletes.
