Responsibilities

• Establish technical, physical, and mental goals with each athlete and create an Athlete Development Plan.
• Develop and manage Freeride Pro Team travel, training, and competition schedules.
• Coach should travel with the athletes and assist with in-transit needs.
• Manage selection criteria and communicate it to athletes, clubs, and parents.
