Job summary

Framestore's New York team seeks an experienced VFX Production Coordinator for short-term coverage, starting late November 2026. This hybrid role favors candidates based in the New York area with valid US work authorization.

You will coordinate projects across episodic and advertising work, track workflows in Shotgun/Shotgrid, organize dailies and meetings, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong communication across CG and 2D teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a VFX PA or Coordinator in advertising, TV, or feature films.
• Familiarity with Framestore production databases (Shotgun/Shotgrid).
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of live-action, CG and Nuke workflows; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the workflow through CG teams under supervision.
• Organize dailies, rounds and meetings; take notes and follow up.
• Oversee data movement for references and cad data.
• Monitor WIPs and ensure updates reach DI and editorial pipelines.
• Keep Shotgun/Shotgrid updated daily with notes and info.
• Assist with resourcing by coordinating freelancers and scheduling.
• Support client deliveries and Qt creation via Shotgun.
