You will design hooks, formats, and messaging to promote selling, iterating quickly based on performance.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of UGC creation experience in a B2C environment.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels content.
• Able to create content that feels native, not like ads.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Create short-form UGC content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid ads).
• On-Site Content Production: film regularly at UpCenters in New York and Los Angeles.
• Concepting: Develop hooks, formats, and angles; test messaging; iterate based on performance.
