Job summary

MLB Network is seeking a Freelance Technology Services Analyst to be the primary IT contact for staff and partners. You will deploy and maintain collaboration, productivity, and work management platforms, while delivering premier service desk support and knowledge-base resources.

You will configure Windows and Apple devices, assist with AV/room tech, and collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Flex scheduling, travel, and weekend/on-call duties are possible.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-user technology support in a medium to large enterprise.
• Experience in sports/television/media production is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and macOS, O365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service desk support via calls, tickets, and on-site help.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows/Mac user equipment and peripherals.
• Support AV and conference room tech and events as needed.
• Create and maintain knowledge-base and runbooks for end users.
• Handle timesheets and participate in department meetings and roadshows.
