THE·TEAM seeks a freelance Social Media Manager to support NEXT GEN·TEAM’s U.S. social channels in Boston.

You’ll handle day-to-day publishing, engagement, and creator coordination to connect with Gen Z audiences on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on social media experience, strong writing and video editing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years hands-on social media management experience at an agency or in-house brand.
• Experience managing content calendars, publishing and community engagement across multiple social platforms.
• Ability to capture and edit compelling short-form photo and video content independently.
• Experience working with creators and UGC, including briefing, feedback and approvals.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day social channel operations, content calendars and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Schedule, format, tag and quality-check content, tailoring copy and creative to each platform and brand voice.
• Engage with online communities, monitor conversations and escalate reputational issues as needed.
• Create and edit social-first photo, video and quick-turn content for Reels, Stories, TikTok and other formats.
• Identify trends and moments for authentic engagement opportunities.
• Source, brief and coordinate creators and UGC from development through approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to keep content on strategy and schedule.
• Stay current on platform updates and recommend improvements to channel execution.
