Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking Freelance Site Managers to oversee upcoming commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in Lancaster. You will report to the Project Manager and senior management, driving H&S compliance and coordinating with design teams, consultants and client representatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, liaising with clients, and supporting commissioning and final handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial settings (offices, schools, colleges, universities)
• Minimum 4+ years of Site Manager experience
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and senior management team
• Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Liaise with client regularly
• Support commissioning and final handovers
