Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group on the South Coast seeks a Senior/Project Manager to deliver 2-3 projects from input to tender and through construction to handover, supervising construction teams. The role reports to the Area Manager and collaborates with two other Contracts Managers.

Ideal candidates will come from Tier 1/2 main contractors, with extensive experience managing design and build projects, strong contractual and technical knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality schemes on time

Qualifications

• Experience in managing new build and refurbishment design and build projects.
• Strong contractual, commercial and technical construction knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, to budget and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Client liaison and input to tender and preconstruction; programming of work; planning methodology and logistics.
• Manage site teams; ensure health and safety and quality assurance; staffing and forecasting.
• Coordinate progress meetings, internal reporting and issue resolution to deliver on programme and budget.
