Job summary

Digital is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns for a B2B technology company. You will collaborate with Demand Generation to improve campaign performance across the customer journey, driving pipeline, with a hands-on approach to execution and strategy.

The role focuses on LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit campaigns, budget monitoring, testing audiences, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or B2B technology paid social.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and full-funnel marketing.
• Strong analytical and campaign optimisation skills.
• Ability to work independently while communicating proactively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Reddit Ads is highly desirable.
• Experience with 6sense, StackAdapt, programmatic display, CTV or podcast advertising is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook and Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing and bid strategies.
• Build and launch campaigns using creative and copy supplied by internal teams.
• Continuously test and optimise audiences, targeting, placements and creative.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Support conversion tracking, measurement and reporting.
• Recommend paid social strategies that support broader demand generation and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with internal Demand Generation, Creative and Web teams.
• Proactively share platform trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
