Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Freelance Sr Experience Designer to craft digital experiences across screens, VR/AR, and emergent channels. You will create concepts, prototypes, animations, and component libraries in XD/Sketch/Figma, while collaborating with UX, developers, and copy to ensure delightful user experiences.

You will communicate the big idea, present work to stakeholders, and iterate based on user feedback across multi-platform projects in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Sketch, Figma is a priority.
• Digitally-native animation tools such as Principle, Spline, Lottie, FigJam, etc.
• Ability to design for 3D – three.js, etc.
• Knowledge of Unity is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences for campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and patients/consumers.
• Submit work for review by creative lead and manage revisions through stages.
• Create design concepts, prototypes, and animations to communicate solutions.
• Present digital work and explain the big idea to team members.
• Collaborate with UX, developers, and copy to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop intuitive, scalable interactions for web, mobile, VR/AR and beyond.
• Test features and incorporate user feedback into iterations.
• Create deliverables such as design concepts, prototypes, animations, and final presentations.
