Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape AI agent workflows. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 per hour and weekly payments. Most projects are flexible in hours, with opportunities to work 5-10 hours weekly or more based on demand.

You'll help design, coordinate, and test autonomous agent behaviors, writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress-testing agents across live environments. Prior backend/AI automation experience is valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-ready software with modular separation.
• Hands-on experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to provide clear technical feedback.
