You will contribute by building and evaluating agent workflows, debugging traces, and stress-testing systems in real-world environments. Most contributors work 5-10 hrs/week, scalable to 40 hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
