Job summary

Overheard is seeking a freelance Content Creator to ideate, write, produce, and publish content that captures the brand's distinctive voice. You will work across written editorial, social-first video, and supporting formats to keep the Overheard feed fresh and entertaining.

You will collaborate with editors and social leads, contribute ideas in pitch meetings, and help build new formats while upholding brand consistency across platforms. This role is project-based and remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in editorial or social content creation.
• Exceptional writing with Overheard voice.
• Familiar with dating culture and online conversations.

Responsibilities

• Publish Dating Content with original, on-voice copy on a consistent schedule.
• Shoot, edit, and package short-form videos using consumer gear.
• Develop new formats and pitches aligned with the Overheard brand.
• Maintain brand tone and voice across all content assets.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-moving pipeline.
